Smoking no longer! - February 2nd 2007
Today is the day I stopped smoking. I know I have said this many times before and how? But this time I think I am gonna pull it off, or at least so far so good.

Hope you quit this time. I've been smoke free for more than 2 years now and i have to say it has it's benefits...

Okay, so it harder than I thought, at home is great, no smokes, no stress, nothing, can go 8,10,12 hours with even a twinge. Yet as soon as I step foot in the office, ggggrrrrhhhh all I want to do is smoke!!!!
The weekend is here, so hopefully 2 blissful days will help... Wish me luck (whatever - its will power)
