Quote of the Day

“Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent” Eleanor Roosevelt

Sunday

One eleven of nine.

I keep thinking, self preservation, in conversation we talk rationally about it, or least I try to. I know you love me, I love you. It's playing on my mind. It threatens me, I am not sure how to handle it. What now.... Tell me¿ If that happened it would force me to hate you...

9th september 2009 | 09:09 09/09/09 | 999

I really like these significant or not so significant dates in history, it makes my day good. I have no idea why, but they always have made me think. I like to think that the planets are aligning, something more profound is happening in the greater cosmos that we live in. Yes, I understand that this is only according to the roman calendar, yet I think there is significance in this date according to numerology:

Symbolism - The justice and truth / 999 represents infinitely large in sacred or esoteric.
General - circular permutations of the numbers composing the mysterious number 153, this gives place to six possible combinations: 153, 315, 531 and 351, 135, 513. And:
153 + 315 + 531 = 999
351 + 135 + 513 = 999
The number 999 is the reverse of 666, the number of the Beast of the Revelation (Apocalypse). This arithmetical strangeness demonstrates that the "power" of the Beast, 666, will be "reversed" by 153, characteristic number of the Christ, to give as result 999, symbol of the application of the divine justice. Thus Satan will be chained for 1000 years, 999 + 1.
Nine is a special number.
1. It is the product of 3X3 and three is the number of balance in mind, body and spirit. In science, there are nine planets in our solar system. Now maybe more.
2. It takes nine months for a human baby to fully develop in the womb.
3. In history, number nine was a sacred number in both Egypt and Greece.
4. In religion, the hierarchy of angels has nine choruses. The Buddhists see the sky divided into nine celestial levels.
5. In Islam there are nine spheres in the universe.
6. Nine is a number of balance, perfection and order in numerology.
7. Looking at mathematics, nine is the last number in Base 10 and is the last single digit. What an amazing number.
8. The spiritual significance of nine is connected with perfectly balanced energy, increasing and magnifying the singular power of the triad.
9. On September 9, 2009, take some time to connect with the power of nine.
10. Ask to bring your energy into perfect balance, to balance your mind, body and spirit; to focus on the perfection you truly are.
11. You are a spiritual being in human form.
12. As a human you have free choice and opportunity to experience emotion, thought and belief.
13. All that you experience is a manifestation of the divine within and around you. God, Great Spirit.
14. The One Source of All Creation, whatever words you choose, is perfection.
15. As a manifestation of the divine within and around you, you are perfection.
16. Being on this planet at this moment in the form you are in does not need to limit your experience of perfection.
Open up to divine perfection on 9/9/09.

Planning and Music

I am sitting here waiting for something, I am not yet sure of what. I know the feeling and have had this feeling before.

There is absolutely no inevitability as long as there is a willingness to comtemplate what is happening. -- Marshall McLuhan (1911 - 1980)

Compliance of this, indeed (princeton.edu), cheerful in persuasion I can cogitate and reflect on the happenings.

"temnein" (greek) mania (greek) - or latin origin to cut or divide and mania being madness.

Happenings: life and what are current front of mind thoughts are.

Marshall McLuhan, Thank you.

Fitness Mantra

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
  • Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
  • Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Tuesday

I repeat!

Is repetitive action virtuous action? If behavior and conduct are merely repetitive processes then all human relationships actually cease. If I behave mechanically every day, - repeating a certain code of conduct which I have learnt, which I find profitable, or which is pleasant, repeating that over and over again, - my relationship with you ceases, completely - I have become a machine. - J. Krishnamurti

Lustful Thirst

Lust is the craving for salt of a person who is dying of thirst. -- Frederick Buechner, Wishful Thinking, 1973
My question -What is Thirst?

Tuesday

Selfish Sunday

Present You are someone that can make me feel free, you are solid and care free Someone who knows mortality by sight... Someone who can consume my essence, lose my power, fuel my soul
Past You are what I long to have, whom I've dreamed of, Someone whom I dream holding on to with both hands Someone that I dream of growing old with Someone who is pure and beautiful
Future You threaten my mortality... Someone I am powerless to refuse My fix, your fix... You are deadly, why do I want you so... Stop - the careless, carnal actions, your life is bound by that law
Who says we can love who we trust, I do and I love you, but what is love without lust? Forgive me.

Grieving...

Denial: "I feel great."; "This can't be happening, not to me!" Anger: "Why me? It's not right!" "NO! NO! How can this happen to me!" Bargaining: "Just let me live to see my children/ grand children."; "I'll do anything, can't you give me a few more years." Depression: "I'm so sad, why bother with anything?"; "I'm going to die . . . What's the point?" Acceptance: "It's going to be OK."; "I can't fight it, I may as well prepare for it."
